When setting up a meeting invitation in Outlook 2003 (with Exchange Server
2003), I noticed that I can add a link to a meeting workspace in
SharePoint/PWA. When I tried this, it created a meeting workspace in the
correct project workspace, but it does not show up in the Events list.
Instead, it appears to be putting the meeting workspace at the project level.
The URL that gets created is along the lines of:
http://<servername>/sites/projectserver_<projectid#>/<mtg
title>/default.aspx?InstanceID=1.
I'm guessing that, for the meeting to appear in the Events list, it would
have to be created in:
http://<servername>/sites/projectserver_<projectid#>/Events/<mtg
title>/default.aspx?InstanceID=1.
So far, I have not found a way to get the meeting created so it shows up in
the Events list. Is this possible to configure somehow? We're on Project
Server 2003/MSP 2003.
Thanks in advance.
