Linking PPT to Word docs

I am wondering if there is a way to make a change to a
slide in PPT text and have that change be linked to a Word
doc and make the same change there?

In PowerPoint you can go to SLIDE SORTER View, select the
slide you wish to bring into you Word document.

Click the COPY button.

Minimize PowerPoint, Restore Word.

Place an insertion point in your Word Document where you
wish the PowerPoint Slide to appear.

From the EDIT menu, select PASTE SPECIAL

In the Paste Special dialog box, Click PASTE LINK

Click OK



Now any changes you make int he PowerPoint Slide will
always be carried over to your Word document. The only
thing that can cause the link to fail is if the file
names change or the location of the file(s) change(s).
