I have a question
I am currently working on something for my job where i am creating
quizes and tests. With help of good forum members, i was able to get
the formula and the tru and false values, etc... So now i can get the
results on one page, and the test on another worksheet
but here is my quesiton. Do all the worksheets that go with the
workbook have to be together and open for the formulas to work and get
percentages?
the reason for the question is this.... We are having new trainees
take the quiz, but the quiz itself (worksheet) will be in a different
location than the rest of the workbook that has the raw data and
results. So when i open the quiz alone, the drop down boxes dont have
the info that its in the data worksheet, and the formulas dont work.
How can i fix that? ORRRR is there any way to just leave everything in
the same workbook, but the results and data worksheets be password
protected or hidden so whomever is taking the test cant look at the
sheets? Please help or tell me any sudjestions. I am also tryiong to
find a good source where i can read about making a macro for a submit
button that will clear the quiz (worksheet) after each student hits
submit, and it stores the results in the other workjsheet in another
restricted location.... so when the next person hits submit, it will
record the new trainee answers under the 1st person that took them. I
can provide whomeever the actual file if you are not understanding what
im trying to ask, or if im asking the wrong thing, etc... thanks
