linking project into excel

I am attempting to link a project gantt chart into an
excel spreadsheet. When I copy the project, then paste
special into excel, it only shows the view that was on
the screen at project, not the remainder of the project
past the perimeter of the screen. eg if I have a project
with 43 tasks and only 29 are showing on the screen when
project is maximised, then only 29 come up when I paste
into excel, not the other 14.

Any thoughts.

Stu,

I assume when you say you "copy the project" you are
using the copy picture button on the standard toolbar?

Pre-select all of the tasks in your project, then using
the copy picture button, make sure under copy you
choose "selected rows"
