Linking Queries?

Tina's reply is an excellent one however, I would like to
offer one that's a little more on the novice level. Click
and drag "Phone#'s" from one table object and drop it
on "Phone#'s" to the other table object. This will create
a line showing the fields you've linked. Double click the
line. Note: It can be very hard to get a hold of the
line. If you get a Properties dialog box, you missed the
line. The line should get bold and you should get a Join
Properties dialog box. Read through the options. They
are very clear. Select your option and run the query.

Thank you Marty,

How do you get the 0's in for ones that do not match? I have seen this
before and it will just show the field as blank.

Thanks for your help and for Tina's help
