linking shapes to databases

linking shapes to databases:
When I try to creat new masters from database (Link shapeSheet cells for a
master or shape instance to fields in a database table) in database wizard, I
am able to create it if I have one type of shape on the page, but if I have
more than one type of a shape, it will not work?

Is there a way to do this correctly?
