Linking Tables via FTP

How can I link to an Access 03 Table located at an FTP site?

Hi Marty,

As far as I know Access doesn't recognises the ftp or http protocols, so
you have to download the database file to a local or LAN drive. These

Can you reccomend a platform that I could "upsize" to inorder to accomplish
this, either with an FTP site, or a WebServer.

Hi Marty,

This isn't my area of expertise, but I don't know of anything that can
link to an Access database across an ftp or http connection. If you can
run a database engine on the web server it's a whole different ball game
(but still outside my area of expertise). There are many technologies
available, ASP.Net for one.
