Linking tables

Is there any other way to change the folder for a linked
table except Linked tables manager?

If this is a one-time thing, you can just delete the linked table and link
it in again with File > Get External Data > Link Tables...

If you want to do it often, you can code a solution. There are many
available on the web. On my website is one called: "LinkTables.mdb" which
shows you how.
