I have created a solution where i save 'projects / tasks / task dependencies'
in my own database and use microsoft project automation to calculate dates of
these projects / tasks.
What i need to do to to link between different tasks in different projects.
i thought of the following solution:
After adding dependencies between these tasks at the application level , i
send all the tasks from all involved projects to MS Project and do the
calculations required. Yet, i still have the following difficulties:
Each of my project has different schedule date, and when i send all tasks to
MSP, the dates of tasks that are not yet started will follow the date of the
current project which is not the case when each project is calculated alone...
Any one who can help me in this or suggest a different idea ?
Thanks,
