Linking to a specific cell in an Excel spreadsheet

If i understand correctly you can input the address of a
cell or range of cells in the SourceItem property of an
object, using the SourceDoc property for the filename of
the excel workbook that you want to link to.

For example if you make an OLE object field in your
table, you can make a "data entry/edit" form based on
that table and set the relevant properties by VBA or
manually by linking to the worksheet.
