Linking to a value in the previous woorksheet

I'm trying to create aprox 150 excel worksheets, the template and first
three pages work great except that everytime i copy the sheet i have to
manually change the formula links from sheet 1 to the previous page.
Numbers are inputed on a sheet and they need to reference totals from
the previous sheet to make the calculations.


Does anyone know of a way to make this easier rather than manually
changing the formula for each value?
