Linking to an Access 2000 database from Access 97

Is there a means of linking to Access 2000 tables from an
Access 97 application? If so, what steps should I take.

Nope.

You'll have to convert the Access 2000 tables to Access 97 format. (Tools |
Database Utilities | Convert on the menu bar)
