Linking to an Outlook Message.

Can I link to an Outlook message?

I can get the Message Properties, so can I link to it?

I envisage a situation where only I will be able to follow the link, because
the Message will be on my PC, either in a folder in my Mailbox,or in an
Archive file.

I could then include the link in externally visible documents, perhaps on a
shared drive or in a Public Folder, but only I would be able to follow my
links.

Is this possible?

If so how?
