linking to internet from within Outlook mail message

suddenly I am unable to click on an internet link from within my email. It
says I have to contact my system administrator. I AM the system admin and
cannot find where to change this. Anyone able to help me?

If you're using Internet Explorer for your web browser, open it and click
Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
