Linking to OLE Objects

I have a table with client data including several fields one of which
is the clients SSN, and an OLE field which I want to link to a
photograph of the client in a different folder. What I want to do is
to store the clients photos in a directory with the file name matching
the clients SSN. How do I link the OLE field in the table to the
clients picture in the photos folder, such that when I use the OLE
field in reports it displays the correct picture.
