Linking to Oracle tables from .ADP

I need to link to Oracle Tables from Access Data project.... I can link fine from Access .mdb file.
I click "File"...."Connection" and try to enter the Oracle Server name in the Data Link Properties Dialog, it will not recognize the oracle server. It says the "Error connection failed because of an error in intializing provider"

Any help would be appreciated
