Linking to Oracle tables

Please help.
I am trying to link to Oracle tables using ODBC. I am able
to do this in excel, because i can see all the tables
through the Micrsoft query builder. When i try to link
with access i can only see one table, and this is empty.
What am i doing wrong?

Should be no difference

Select New - Linked Table - Files of Type = (select from list - ODBC Databases) - choose your DSN from either the machine data source or file data source list - enter password when requested

These steps should result in the display of the list of tables in the Oracle database from which you can select the table that you want
