Linking to public folders (through OWA)

I've got a 2 part question - the beauty is that the first
part is already answered :) However, I'm going to
include it for reference.

We need to create links to public folders. This is
fairly simple, and can be completed in 2 seperate ways.
* Right click on a folder and select send link. Creates
an attachment that opens a public folder. Nice!
* Outlook:public Folders/All Public Folders/Sample also
works quite well.

I like em both. Nice, nice nice.

However - neither appears to work in OWA. As half our
users are external, we don't want them all calling into
the help desk about this.

Is anybody aware of a way to link to a public folder that
works in OWA?

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Well, in my organisation we failed to solve that one. Most remote
users are now set up to use Outlook 2000 via a VPN, but some people
are persisting with OWA for their own reasons. For these I produced a
training document (actually a PDF and a PPT show with a video) showing
them how to drill down the tree of Public Folders (which of course
they can see in OWA).

If your users are as quick learners as mine, this will provide you (or
your training department) with hours of fun.
