Linking two imported tables

Hi there

I imported two excel sheets into access. On is a complete personnel list and the other is a list with employers
The personnel list has a column wich mentions the employer and this is already filled in. I want to crosscheck this with the imported list of employers and make a one to many relationship
Acces does not seem to do this for me

How can I do this?
