Linking two project servers

Hi,

We are implementing EPM solution in our origanization. Our two
offices(onshore and offshore) are located in two different countries.
Project Server is hosted OnShore and there are a lot of users who have
to access server from offshore. We don't have reliable DSL connections
and that is why users are having speed issue. We want that we have
another server located at our offshore office. Is there a way that we
may be able to synchroize both servers once or twice a day? Any
utilitiy that can synchronize both servers once or twice a day?
