Linking Visio Organisational Chart to a SQL View character problem

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone might have had the same problem.

I have an SQL HR data base that provides us with our organisational
infromation. From this we have created a view that organises the data so that
we can create and Organisational Chart, using the wizard, from within visio.
However when it creates the diargam from the view it only provides the first
15 characters of the department.

Has anyone been able to fix this?
