When I paste/link a worksheet object into Word, the
entire object is not visible on the screen but it prints
out complete. Disadvantage is when sending as an
attachment, receiver cannot see entire object. I'm
running Windows XP Pro,Office XP Pro. Thanks

Hi Cathy,

check whether "picture placeholders" is activated in
Tools/Options/View. This needs to be OFF in order to see
graphical objects on-screen.

Thanks, Cindy - picture placeholders is off. I can see
all but the last few lines of the excel object. Print
Preview does not show the last few lines, but a hardcopy
print is complete and shows all lines. May I send you
the .doc and .xls files to look at? Thanks again.

No, please do NOT send me any files.

I understood your original question to mean that you
couldn't see the object at all, not that it was only
partially visible. This could be a graphics card problem,
you might try upgrading the graphics card driver.

You might also try looking at this in the NORMAL (rather
than print layout or print preview) view.
