Linking within a Word Document

How do I link text wthin a word document? I'd like to link from the page
number in the Table of Contents to the actual page listed. Thanks!

Table of contents entries are hyperlinked by default in recent versions of Word.
Note that you may have to hold the Ctrl key as you click the links.
