Linking worksheets within the same workbook

I have 20 work sheets all arranged the same way and I
want to use the first worksheet to accumulate totals from
the other worksheets. How Do I accomplish this?

Assuming you wish to SUM all the A10's from the other 19 sheets.

On sheet1(summary sheet) in a cell enter =SUM(sheet2:sheet20!A10)

If sheet names are a problem because they are not sheet2, sheet3 etc insert a
blank sheet after your summary sheet and a blank sheet at the end of your
other sheets.

Name them First and Last then the formula in the summary sheet would be

=SUM(First:Last!A10)
