Links address changes when sending a Newsletter (designed in Word)

Hi,
I designed a newsletter in Word and saved it as HTML.
However, while sending this Newsletter, the link's
address changes.
For example, a link that suppose to bring me to X page on
Y web-site, brings me to the Y's home-page, althought the
address is correct and works on other circumtence.

Appreciate if someone can give me an advuce how to avoid
this phenomenos.
