Links and reminders

Hi!

I am new to BCM 2007 and I have one conceptual dillema.

We have accounts (companies) and then business contacts linked to that
accounts.

Where do you suggest that we link an opportunity - to an account or to
a contact?
And where to link activities related to that opportunity then?

And another question: Where do I setup a reminder for a follow-up call
to a contact?
Where can I then see all task related to all opportunities for a given
day?
