Links bar with sub menue's

I want to create a navigation structure for pages, where a
sub menue appears when a visitor's pointer moves over the
main page headings in the navigation structure.

Ideally a 'links bars' which automatically updates itself
when you add new pages or perhaps under Hover Buttons etc.

Can FP do this, or do I need third party software? If so
can anyone recommend a suitable easy to use software?
