links for Publisher 2003 website

How do you post links for files (excel, word, PPT) to attach to webpage? I am used to the Publisher 2000

I am used to the Publisher 2000.

Version 2000 made copies of those "external files" and uploaded them (the
copies) for you along with the Publisher web.
As of version 2002 that is no longer the case.
You must upload external files yourself and hyperlink to their urls
yourself.
