Presently using Office 2000. I paste pieces of excel sheets into word docs
by
using Paste Special/Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object and selecting Paste
Link.
Sometimes after doing this, I make changes in the spreadsheet which may
include adding or removing rows from the spreadsheet, and this messes up the
pasted links in the doc (even though the added or removed row is nowhere
near the
linked material) by showing the wrong cells on the doc. Guess it has
something to do with relative vs absolute references?
Any way I can make these links more solid to the material I want to send
across to the doc, or do later versions of Office handle this in a better
way for my problem?
