Links Going to My Documents

Hi,
When I receive a web site link in an email and click on it it always takes
me to My Documents folder. I have searched hi and low to include setting http
file types to IE and nothing works. There must be a setting somewhere I am
not aware of. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is the window called Locate Link Browser?
Point it to IEXPLORE.EXE or reset your default browser.

The window that pops up is the same window as if I had selected the My
Documents option from desktop.

I know that, but what text is in the title bar of the window?
