links in an e-mailed PDF publication

I currently use PDF Creater to convert and save the newsletter that I e-mail
to co-workers. I have lots of questions but here are 2:
1. Is it possible to create links to websites within that newsletter? If an
outside program is needed, what might that be?
2. The new idea is to load the newsletter to our webpage. Would I need
another way to do this linking within the newsletter?
I am more creative than techie so in English if possible...many thanks

What version Publisher are you using? If you are using 2007 Microsoft's save as
PDF will retain hyperlinks.

I know some PDF converters will do hyperlinks if the URLs are fully typed, for
example, www.microsoft.com or (e-mail address removed)

If you upload the newsletter PDF to your web site the links in the newsletter
will not disappear.

I am using Publisher 2003. Are you saying that if I have the 2007 version, I
will not need to use a PDF converter program? ...and that links that I create
in the newsletter will stay active?

Try www.primopdf.com. I understand hyperlinks are retained using this program.
It is free.

You will have to use a PDF converter program regardless of the Publisher
version. I suggested the Microsoft converter because it is free; however is for
Publisher 2007 only.
