Somehow I enabled a security setting that blocks links to other sites that
are embedded in incoming Outlook email. Now I have to copy the url and paste
it in the address box if I want to go to a site, instead of just clicking on
the url in the body of my email. This is a real inconvenience. I've tried
adjusting all of the secruity wsetting in Outlook and in Explorer, but I
still get an error message thta says "This operation has been cancelled due
to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator." (This is a standalone computer -- I am the system
administrator.) I've tried all teh help menus, and nothing seems to work. How
can I enable these links once again?
