Links in my Emails do not function

If I click a link in an email I received an error. Process cancelled due to
restrictions imposed on this computer. How do I remove the restriction?

I have to use copy and paste to view link in IE 7

The computer has
Windows XP SP2 operating system
Norton Internet Security is on
Microsoft Outlook
Internet Explorer 7

that's an ie error. try resetting web settings.
