links re-size themselves when i open drawing

when i link some text from a word file, i size the box of text how i want
it, save and exit. alot of the time when i re-open the visio drawing, the
linked text box re-sizes itself and ends up being twice the size i want it,
or half the size, and going off the page, anyone know how to fix this?????

and by fix i mean, not having to resize and re-position the box each time....
