links start up winzip extractor

I'll bet you can't beat this one. When I click on a link in Outlook the
Winzip self extractor opens up the help file for Voice Studio Mini Player.
You know, sometimes my friends will send us links but we can't use them. Is
there a way to make them work?

Go to Tools | Options | File Types and see what program is associated with
the .HTM and .HTML file types. If it's not Internet Explorer...click Change
and make it Internet Explorer. (or whatever browser you prefer)
