Hi all
I am new to using Excel and have been asked to use it for the management of
hundereds of documents using a relitivly simple sheet. I currently use
hyperlinks to link the the most current version of a document and this opens
the document correctly. My problem occures when a 'current' docuement is
updated and replaced. The file is moved into a sub folder within its
directory called previous versions, this obviously makes the hyperlink within
Excel invalid. In stead of having to re link the file myself i was
wondering if anyone could think of a means to automate it where excel, upon
not locating the correct file would always look in the subfolder 'previous
versions' and re-link to the file. If anyone can be any help it would be
greatly apreshiated.
