i am trying to create a how to document with links to other documents on a
shared network folder but when i email it to another user the links in the
doc change to the local machine it is mailed to. whe n i create the links
they have the format \\server\share\document.doc but after sending to anotehr
user in outlook they become c:\documents and settings\user\document.doc which
is unreachable. i am using the entire unc for the server not a mapped drive
lettter and all users have access to the shared network drive...
any help will be appreciated...
