LinkTasksEdit anomaly

I have an Access app that exports data to Project 2000 and outputs a
series of Gantts. Part of my procedure draws dependency lines on the
Gantts using the LinkTasksEdit method. The procedure works perfectly
in my development environment, but when I copy the Access mdb and the
Project mpp to the production environment the dependency lines are not
being drawn. Does anybody have any idea why the identical files might
be behaving differently on two different computers?
