List box instead of a text box in a parameter query

When we generate a parameter query, a window opens with a text box asking
for a user input. If a Data access pages has its control source
set to a parameter query the same thing happens. Is it possible to have a
list box in this window wherein the user has to select instead of typing.?
Is this possible if the user access the page outside the Access application?
