create l list name is item contain a2:a5000 look like belo

vollybal

hock
carrrom.....

and B1 cell cotain validatiion list ite
now my problem is B1 cell show double item like bat 2 time carrom 2 tim

Should have clarified.

I posted John's solution as an alternative.

To get uniques in a DV dropdown I think OP would have to first filter
for uniques, copy to a new location then use that list.
