List Control

I have a quote program that is deployed to about 10 employees. There are about 10 catoagory headings on the List control. The salesman use different laptops and use different resolutions and some even have a wide screens.

It seems that sometimes the listcontrol will not display the headings or the top to lines in the list control. Does anyone now why this happens or is there a fix for it
