List did not seperate first and last name, anything I can do?

I just got a list that did not seperate the first and last name. They are both in one column. I wanted to send an e-mail blast, Dear John:

Is there anything I can do? thanks

Try Data/Text to Columns

Was it an Excel file or a text file? If a text file try using Data> Import
External Data & specify the appropriate field delimiter.
