List Fields and Data Type

This may be very basic, but I can't find the answer in the help section.

I have an access database and I want to show each table as it's own graphic;
including the table name, fields in the table, and the data type for each
field. I can link the graphic to the data, but I can only assign 1 field to a
graphic. Is it possible to summarize a table in Visio?

The database modeling is a visio add-in that uses an internal (i.e. not
visible) data structure. You're pretty much limited to the reporting that is
in the tools menu.
