List files in a folder

Hello,

How would I list files in a folder located on our hosting server using vba?
I see plenty of examples of listing files from a local computers folder but I
need to get a list of files located in one of the folders on our website. I
currently go to a command prompt and ftp to website and navigate to the
folder and type "ls *.* myfiles.txt".
