Read the posts on numbering with extreem interest. However my situation seems
to be a little different.
I am working with lesson plans and have a need to have every set of
instructions restart numbering. I also like my numbered lists to use 1.5 line
spacing, 0.5 inch hanging indents, and a different font. I have been using
the numbered list formatting option, and changing the paragraph format,
hanging indents, and fonts separately.
Then I decided to try creating a STYLE to handle all of the above. Seemed to
work well, except the numbering defaults to the "continue from previous"
option. And of course when I open the format bullets and numbering to change
teh numbering scheme, alas the hanging indent disappears. I have been upbale
to locate an option in the style setup to declare the "restart numbering at
1" option I so long for.
Does anyone have a SIMPLE solution? I am not yet ready to tackle VBA coding!
