Some how when I started using excel on a mac I turned on list manager. When using same file in a p.c. it is not there. On the mac the list manager is there and all data in the cells are the formulas not the data
How do I turn it off?

List Manager has nothing to do with whether cells have formula or data. Whatever the cells had before you turned on List Manager, that's what they have afterwards.

In general, if you wish to convert formula to hardwired numbers, highlight the cells, COPY, then, with the cells still highlighted, choose PASTE SPECIAL from the Edit menu, and then choose VALUES from the Paste Special dialog box.

To remove the List Manager, at least in Excel 2008, click on any cell in the list, then right click and select REMOVE LIST MANAGER from the popup contextual menu.
