List MSProject Library Class Members

I have searched many sites but not able to find correct codes about this
issue.
first I need to loop through the column names of tasks, resources, ... etc.
Second I will select some of them to list down the selected column fields
either by tasks or resources... etc
In another words.How can I list members of ;

MSProject Library
Task Class
ActualCost
ActualDuration
ActualFinish
