List of all available predefined fields.

I am looking to customize my contact form with add'l field, but i don't want
to duplicate any existing fields. Where can i get a convenient list of all
predefined fields?

hey Sue, thanks for all the thought you put into that!
I was looking for a more convenient list, where i don't have to write down
all the fields as i go through each category of fields. some are duplicated
in different categories.

There is no other convenient source of the display field names, which is
what you need to avoid using.

An easy way to avoid conflicts is to prefix or suffix any names with
something that identifies it as a field for your application.
