List of Contacts from Excell to Outlook 97

Good afternoon,

I have a list of contacts: name, email, address and so on
in an excell spreadsheet, is there a way to bring those
contacts in outlook 97 without re-typping everything?

Have you tried FIle | Import and Export in Outlook?
