List of EPM hot fixes

Borrowing from the idea of Spence's list of SharePoint hotfixes, I've created
a list of EPM hotfixes for Project Server and Project Standard/Professional
at http://alexangas.wordpress.com/epm-hotfixes/.

I'll keep this updated regularly (will add the August CU next week).
Hopefully this is a helpful resource for the community and something I can
give back!
